The design of the Müller Gardens estate contained a beautiful building surrounded by gardens and farmland.
At the beginning of the 20th century, one building belonged to the Zayas family (the palace where the town hall is located) and the other to the Blanes family (the house with the Müller gardens). Families of large landowners of the town that together with the Tejerizo formed the trio of the landed bourgeoisie of Nigüelas at that time.
The gardens keep an unbeatable aspect after having been rehabilitated. Although the property is owned by the aforementioned family, the town hall holds different activities and musical events in its gardens, which are open to any inhabitant of the area by requesting it at the town hall or at the current Müller house. It is an exceptional site for the celebration of weddings and events, due to the romantic character of its gardens.
